Mark is a self-taught author and illustrator based in upstate New York, where he and his wife are raising six kids who collectively act as muses, critics, and his biggest source of controlled chaos. His illustrations balance whimsy, heart, and humor, bringing to life offbeat and unforgettable characters that stick with readers long after the last page. 

His debut collaboration, Look! There Are No Dinos Inside of This Book, released in February 2026, marks an exciting first step in what is shaping up to be a long and imaginative career.
